Core service
Project management.
From brief to handover.
Managing the design team, procurement and contractor on your behalf, from brief through construction to handover.

Once the decision is made, the works have to be delivered to the budget and programme the decision was based on. We set the brief, budget and programme, procure the contractor and manage the project through construction to completion, for fit-outs, conversions and new-build schemes.
Who it is for
For owners and occupiers fitting out or converting a building, for developers who need the delivery run for them, and for investors who want someone independent managing the contractor. We work for you, not for the contractor or the design team.

- When should a project manager be appointed?
- Early: before the design is fixed and before the contractor is chosen. That is when cost and programme are set, and when changes are cheapest to make.
- How will I know where the project stands?
- Through regular written reports covering cost against budget, progress against programme, the main risks and any decisions needed from you.
- Can you check a contractor’s price or programme without managing the whole project?
- Yes. That is a separate, shorter piece of work. See Contractor cost and programme challenge.
- Do you work with a design team or contractor we have already chosen?
- Yes. We can join at any stage and work with the team in place.
